Important Notes

Author Registration: An author from each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference. If exceptional circumstances prohibit you from attending, please email rlcorganizers@gmail.com.

Student Eligibility: If you are a recently graduated student publishing under your student affiliation, you should register as a Student. For other non-industry researchers — including postdocs, faculty, and independent researchers — please register as Academic.

Industry Recruiting List: If you are registering as an Industry attendee and would like to add your name and resume/CV to the RLC 2026 recruiting list, please fill out the recruiting form (link available after registration).

Extra Banquet Ticket

All registered attendees can attend the banquet at no additional cost. If you would like to bring a guest who is not registered for the conference, you may purchase an additional banquet ticket. This option will be available after completing your registration.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you require a letter of invitation to support your Canadian visa application, an invitation letter will be automatically generated upon completing your registration. You can download it from your dashboard.

Note: We can only issue letters of invitation to registered attendees. Please ensure you complete your registration before requesting a visa letter. For more details, see our Visa Information page.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled before July 14, 2026 will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued back to your credit card and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Visa Exception: In the special case of visa issues, registrations can be cancelled for a full refund up to the conference start date. You must apply for the visa before June 1, 2026 and show proof of visa refusal or proof of application withdrawal to be eligible.
